Vice President of Product Deployment

Job Summary

Leading the functional implementation organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Product Deployment will manage the successful deployment of VertexOne's VXcis solution across utility clients, ensuring quality, client experience, and measurable business outcomes in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional delivery across a portfolio of VXcis implementation projects, ensuring schedule, scope, quality, budget, and customer outcome commitments are met
• Establish and enforce a scalable functional implementation methodology, including discovery, requirements validation, configuration, testing support, and training readiness
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and implementation stakeholders, ensuring a clear and structured functional implementation experience

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, professional services, consulting, or utility technology delivery leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience leading functional implementation teams for complex, configurable software platforms, preferably in utility CIS or billing
• Experience in building or improving implementation methodologies and delivery playbooks
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and managing performance effectively
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
