Vice President of Product Development

Job Summary

Leading a large global engineering organization, the full-time Vice President of Product Development will manage core eDiscovery platform capabilities, focusing on improving platform reliability, execution, and modernization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop distributed engineering teams across various functions, including application development and DevOps
• Own engineering execution for core eDiscovery workflows, ensuring quality and performance
• Drive platform modernization initiatives, including cloud infrastructure and automation

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with senior leadership responsibility for enterprise or SaaS platforms
• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams
• Strong background in data-intensive platforms and workflow systems
• Experience modernizing complex platforms without disrupting existing clients
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and DevOps practices
