Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of software engineers and managers to develop innovative solutions for provider search, rate calculation, care alerts, and provider network assessments
• Collaborate with the Product team to drive a product-led modernization strategy and enhance client experiences
• Ensure operational excellence by setting technical standards, fostering collaboration, and tracking key metrics for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data and Product Engineering, with 5+ years in engineering management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, C#, Angular, JavaScript, AWS, and advanced caching and persistence technologies
• Experience managing remote teams and leading technical migrations within an organization
