Vice President of Product Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of AI-native product engineering, the full-time remote Vice President of Product Engineering will architect and advance the Agentic Operating Model while overseeing product engineering for the V3locity platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align product vision with engineering execution.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the technical foundations for an enterprise-grade, AI-native software development environment
- Lead product engineering efforts to balance product enhancement, platform modernization, and ongoing product health
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organization
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience, including significant experience at the Director or Vice President level
- Experience building or operating AI-native, generative AI, or agentic software development systems
- Deep understanding of modern AI engineering infrastructure, including context engineering and model governance
- Proven success leading complex platform engineering in a SaaS environment
- Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams across multiple regions
