Vice President of Product Innovation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI and product innovation roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI and digital products from ideation to launch and scale
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams in product management, AI integration, and innovation operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred
• 12+ years in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Healthtech with proven success in AI or Product Management
• Experience managing P&L and developing pricing strategies
• Familiarity with FDA, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory frameworks for digital and AI technologies
