Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-centered capabilities across Benefits, Retirement, and P&C
• Lead design and delivery of AI-powered product experiences and establish AI product standards
• Build relationships with practice leaders to capture needs and drive cross-practice harmonization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in product management and AI product development
• Strong background in defining product vision and strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps
• Ability to establish go-to-market strategies and enablement plans
• Experience in building and leading high-performing product teams
