Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Product Management to lead and scale the Email Protection business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine product strategies for Email and Data Protection, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to market launch, focusing on customer experience and product quality
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration across various departments

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in email security or cybersecurity environments
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and a track record of driving change
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams using Agile methodologies
