Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management to lead product vision and strategy in collaboration with the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategy by collaborating with business unit leaders to align roadmaps with company objectives
• Orchestrate omni-channel credit product launches by developing and executing plans with key stakeholders
• Foster a customer-first product culture by understanding merchant, broker, and partner needs throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading PM teams in fintech or alt-lending
• Deep expertise in credit origination and a proven track record of launching SMB origination products
• Hands-on experience with decision-engine and loan management systems
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product metrics design
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS-Finance/Analytics is a plus
