Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Extensive experience in product management within the networking and/or software industry
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in product/project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and agile development methodologies
