Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Product Management to lead product strategy and innovation in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and drive the product vision and strategy for a global payments and subscription platform
• Lead and mentor the Product Management team to enhance product practices and collaboration
• Own the full product lifecycle and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or fintech
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing product teams
• Experience in subscription management, billing, embedded finance, or payments ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Hands-on mindset with experience in data-driven product decision-making
