Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management, Power.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the PowerDMS product portfolio
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in SaaS technology products
• Experience in Public Safety, GovTech, DefenseTech, or RegTech, or as a former public safety professional
• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing product management teams of 8 or more members
• Hands-on experience integrating AI or machine learning features into enterprise products is preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
