Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management, HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Modernize the HCM product vision by leveraging AI, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Human Capital Management portfolio
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with a successful track record in HR technology products generating $100M+ in ARR
• Proven experience or deep understanding of implementing AI/ML features within a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience with Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and other related domains
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing product management teams of 15 or more members
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
