Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Reference Based Pricing product suite
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource allocation
• Build and lead a team of product managers while establishing governance frameworks for product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles, with at least 5 years in healthcare
• Expertise in Reference Based Pricing is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products in a high-growth environment
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
