Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy for a global SaaS platform, the remote Vice President of Product Management will define and execute the product vision, drive innovation, and manage a high-performing team to enhance customer value and support significant revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the hearing healthcare ecosystem and translate market trends into actionable product strategy
• Define and maintain a cohesive, multi-year product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment across the organization
• Drive product-led growth strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing, ensuring strong product positioning and customer engagement

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management within SaaS environments
• 10+ years of experience leading product teams in health tech or digital health
• Strong background in practice management, EHR, or healthcare workflow software
• Proven track record of delivering customer-centric, scalable SaaS products
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including reimbursement and provider workflows
