Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy for a global SaaS platform, the full-time remote Vice President of Product Management will define and execute the product vision while managing a high-performing team, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment across departments to support growth in the hearing healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market insights and engage with customers to inform product direction and strategy
• Define a cohesive product vision and roadmap, balancing customer impact and revenue growth
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to establish product-led growth strategies and optimize product performance

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management within SaaS environments
• 10+ years of experience leading product teams in health tech or digital health
• Proven track record of delivering scalable SaaS products focused on customer needs
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including reimbursement and provider workflows
• Experience integrating with EHR systems across various healthcare settings
