Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and execution for foundational capabilities of Genesys Cloud, the full-time Vice President of Product Management - Core Platform Foundations will drive secure, scalable, and intelligent platform experiences while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Platform Foundations, including access control, identity, and automation capabilities
• Lead the evolution of Genesys Cloud platform operations from reactive administration to intelligent, AI-assisted experiences
• Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to validate needs, shape priorities, and drive platform adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software product management across SaaS or cloud platforms
• 10+ years of experience leading product managers within complex, multi-domain portfolios
• Strong technical depth across APIs, identity systems, and cloud architecture
• Experience building self-service or administrative platforms for technical users
• Bachelor's degree; technical degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced experience preferred
