Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product organization in a remote full-time capacity, the Vice President of Product Management will partner with the executive team to shape product strategy, manage a multi-product portfolio, and drive go-to-market initiatives in the veterinary software industry.

Key responsibilities

• Co-create product strategy and translate it into a coherent multi-product roadmap with the executive team
• Lead, coach, and grow the product management and user research teams, ensuring high standards for craft and outcomes
• Conduct rigorous customer discovery and align cross-functional partners to influence product direction and market positioning

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles at the Senior Director or VP level
• Experience in scaling product teams through growth, M&A, or transformation in vertical SaaS or healthcare
• Demonstrated success in shipping AI-native or AI-enhanced products in a commercial SaaS context
• Proven impact on commercial outcomes through effective packaging, monetization, and go-to-market strategies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is a plus
