Job Summary

Defining and owning the product vision and roadmap for Agentforce applications globally, the full-time remote Vice President of Product Management will accelerate case management and citizen engagement for public sector clients while serving as a thought leader in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Agentforce Public Sector applications
• Lead the packaging and pricing strategy to optimize market competitiveness across public sector segments
• Build and develop a high-performing product management team aligned to Missionforce's mission

Required qualifications

• Strategic product leader with experience in large-scale, complex product portfolios
• Deep knowledge of the government market, including defense and state/local procurement cycles
• Direct experience with government compliance and security frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, ITAR)
• Visionary thinker capable of translating market foresight into actionable roadmaps
• Exceptional communicator and cross-functional leader with M&A experience
