Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product leaders, the full-time Vice President of Product Management will define and deliver AI-enabled healthcare SaaS solutions while collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer to evolve product vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO to define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Develop and manage a team of product leaders across multiple product lines, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and delivery timelines, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams and multi-product portfolios totaling over $100M of ARR
• Proven experience in bringing new software products to market, particularly in the healthcare sector
• Strong business acumen with experience in Go To Market strategies, pricing, and profitability analysis
