Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving a company-level initiative in agentic AI and cybersecurity, the full-time Vice President of Product Management will define product strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and partner with ecosystem stakeholders to shape security solutions for autonomous agents.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product strategy by transforming AI security risks and customer needs into a focused roadmap
• Lead cross-functional execution by aligning various teams around a clear product plan
• Advance secure agent runtime architecture and develop defensive agent systems to enhance cybersecurity automation

Required qualifications

• 20+ years in product management, cybersecurity, AI platforms, or equivalent technical leadership roles
• 10+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, including vulnerability discovery and incident response
• Strong understanding of AI product instincts, particularly in model evaluation and AI safety
• Academic foundation with a BS or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
