Job Summary

Driving the future of workforce learning, the remote Vice President of Product Management will lead the vision and strategy for a product portfolio focused on technical skills and simulation-based training, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment across teams.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant leadership in product portfolios, preferably in simulations
• Proven track record of executing product strategies that drive business outcomes at scale
• Deep expertise in product discovery and customer insight with a focus on technical products
• Strong commercial acumen in a B2B enterprise context, including pricing strategy and contract structuring
• Experience leading products through the full lifecycle from concept to optimization
