Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and strategy, the full-time Vice President of Product Management will oversee product lifecycle management, drive innovation in labeling solutions, and execute integrated marketing strategies in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for labeling solutions
• Optimize the product portfolio through regular performance reviews and alignment with manufacturing capabilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, packaging, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development or strategic growth roles
• Experience in labels, packaging, printing, converting, or a related manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
• Strong business acumen and financial orientation
