Job Summary

Leading the product vision and strategy, the full-time Vice President of Product Management will oversee Bitcentral's transition to a modern, customer-led product company, focusing on broadcast and media technology while working remotely or from Southern California.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning priorities with customer needs and market dynamics
• Lead the transition from on-premise infrastructure to hybrid cloud architectures while maintaining reliability standards
• Champion AI-first product thinking to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent workflows

Required qualifications

• Senior product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or vertical software companies
• Proven ability to make strategic product decisions based on customer discovery and market data
• Experience leading product organizations through significant transitions, such as cloud migration or pricing model redesign
• Practical experience with AI product development and its measurable customer outcomes
• Strong commercial judgment related to pricing, packaging, and evolving business models
