Vice President of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the platform strategy and roadmap, the full-time remote Vice President of Product Management will oversee the development of shared capabilities and services that enhance application efficiency and customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a multi-year platform strategy for key shared services including data model, identity/security, and AI/intelligence services
- Build and lead a team of platform product managers, fostering a platform-as-a-product mindset and clear ownership across service areas
- Drive the development of APIs and integration frameworks to enhance the developer experience and support internal product teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in leadership roles, focusing on platform or shared-services products
- Experience in consolidating multiple products onto a common platform and managing platform-as-a-product initiatives
- Strong understanding of APIs, data architecture, and integration, with the ability to engage technical teams effectively
- Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, particularly within regulated industries like life sciences or high-tech
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and experience using LLM tools in a product context
