Job Summary
Leading the enterprise product vision and multi-year strategy for Integrated Product Strategy and AI, the full-time remote Vice President of Product Management will manage a high-performing team, drive cross-portfolio alignment, and partner with various stakeholders to enhance product capabilities and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Set the enterprise product vision and strategy for Integrated Product Strategy across the global portfolio
- Lead the embedded AI product strategy to improve operator outcomes and member experiences
- Drive alignment across product lines to create a cohesive platform experience and manage tradeoffs
Required qualifications
- Significant product leadership experience in SaaS, AI, or complex multi-product environments
- Proven success in delivering multi-year product strategies across multiple products or business units
- Experience with AI-enabled product strategy, including intelligent automation and personalization engines
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, platform architecture, and modern product development practices
- Track record of leading product convergence and cross-product operating model changes
