Job Summary

Driving commercial growth in a remote-first environment, the full-time salaried Vice President of Product Management will lead the flagship EOR business, focusing on product strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO to develop a cohesive product growth strategy and direct investment toward high-impact opportunities
• Establish clear product outcomes across revenue growth, customer expansion, and adoption, ensuring measurable business performance
• Scale and empower a multi-tiered product organization, managing senior leaders to foster operational accountability and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or FinTech, with significant executive leadership experience
• Proven track record of executing product-led growth opportunities that drive revenue and retention
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling senior product leaders across distinct functional domains
• Strategic vision for leveraging AI and automation to enhance business transformation and margin expansion
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent executive experience preferred
