Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI and machine learning into product operations for enhanced decision-making and prioritization
• Own the annual and multi-year product planning processes and implement portfolio management frameworks
• Design and implement a time-to-money framework linking product development to revenue realization

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in product operations, management, or strategy roles within SaaS or healthcare technology
• Proven track record of leading large-scale product operations and transformation initiatives
• Deep experience with AI/ML integration into business operations
• Demonstrated success in portfolio management and strategic planning
• Strong understanding of value-based healthcare and customer lifecycle management
