Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, or business operations
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles within high-growth or complex environments
• Proven success in driving OKR or strategic planning processes at a divisional or company level
• Strong program management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
