Vice President of Product Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of product strategy for the VXConnect digital customer engagement product, the full-time Vice President of Product Strategy will oversee product initiatives, mentor a team of product managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of product initiatives to meet market needs
• Conduct market analysis and engage with stakeholders to support product initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product strategy or management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of market trends and product management principles
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field preferred; Master's degree is a plus
• Exceptional leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
