Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Production to lead and scale production across its portfolio of game development studios.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current production pipelines and establish baseline KPIs for delivery and performance
• Develop a strategic roadmap to enhance production capabilities and implement operational best practices
• Oversee day-to-day production across multiple studios and ensure alignment with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of game production experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record managing multiple full-cycle game development projects
• Deep understanding of production methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Experience managing external and remote development teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is preferred
