Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Production to lead production across all North American studios and external development partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery against milestones, budgets, and quality standards
• Lead and manage the producer organizations, defining roles and building a high-performing production discipline
• Design scalable production frameworks and implement KPIs to optimize workflow and ensure project predictability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in game production
• Proven track record of shipping multiple high-quality titles across platforms
• Strong leadership experience managing teams of producers and external partners
• Deep understanding of game development processes from concept to live operations
• Experience with portfolio management and resource planning
