Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client-facing projects and internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage the annual budget and drive execution to meet financial targets and metrics
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while enhancing existing processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of project management and technical implementation experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets
• Experience with HRIS and familiarity with system integrations is a plus
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
