Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Professional Services strategy to support a SaaS business model
• Own end-to-end delivery of implementations, integrations, and migrations while ensuring scalability and quality
• Lead and develop a team while fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting leadership within a SaaS telecom or related software company
• Proven experience in scaling Professional Services in a subscription-based business
• Strong understanding of telecom SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated ownership of a services P&L with strong margin performance
• Experience supporting enterprise and carrier-grade customers at an executive level
