Job Summary

Vice President of Professional Services is a full-time position responsible for leading the implementation strategy and driving operational excellence through a multi-tiered team while ensuring client trust and revenue acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the vision and policies for Professional Services to ensure operational excellence
• Standardize delivery frameworks and strengthen leadership to support rapid enterprise growth
• Optimize the implementation process to decrease time-to-revenue and drive accountability for integration stability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services experience leading technical implementation teams in a SaaS or Fintech environment
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and align strategies with organizational goals
• Deep understanding of technical integrations and the Solutions Engineering lifecycle
• Exceptional capability to develop senior leaders and manage large teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience at the executive level
