Vice President of Professional Services

Job Summary

Building the Professional Services function from the ground up, the full-time Vice President of Professional Services will define delivery models, establish service offerings, and drive measurable outcomes for customers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and build Vanta's Professional Services function, including delivery methodology and team structure
• Develop scalable service packages tailored for different customer segments and create a repeatable service motion
• Own and grow the Professional Services revenue line, managing scoping, SOW negotiation, and services bookings

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in building and structuring Professional Services organizations
• Track record of owning services revenue and managing professional services engagements
• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship
