Vice President of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading customer-facing services, the full-time remote Vice President of Professional Services will drive measurable outcomes across the SaaS platform by enhancing customer retention, adoption, and value realization while building an AI Enablement & Consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Professional Services engagements, focusing on product optimization and strategic advisory initiatives
• Build and scale an AI Enablement & Consulting practice, developing service offerings and methodologies
• Own financial performance of Professional Services, ensuring it operates as a self-sustaining business unit

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading Professional Services or Consulting within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing consulting organizations
• Experience managing services P&L, utilization, and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of customer adoption and retention strategies
• Experience in developing AI-related consulting services is highly preferred
