Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote capacity, the full-time Vice President of Professional Services will manage global delivery performance, scalability, and profitability while partnering with leadership to execute strategic business initiatives and optimize resource management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Professional Services leadership to define and execute global business strategies and operational plans
• Design and implement project governance frameworks and lead operational reviews for strategic customers
• Oversee global resource management and workforce planning to enhance consultant productivity and utilization

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting Operations, or Business Operations in a high-growth tech environment
• Proven track record in managing a $100M+ global Professional Services portfolio
• Expertise in software implementation, cloud deployment, and digital transformation processes
• Experience in architecting scalable operational processes and governance models
• Advanced skills in forecasting, financial modeling, and process automation
