Vice President of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading a globally distributed team, the full-time Vice President of Professional Services will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and financial performance of NPO-focused services, driving customer adoption and retention while managing the P&L and optimizing service delivery across multiple practice areas in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Professional Services organization, ensuring alignment and performance against service delivery standards
• Manage the NPO Services P&L, focusing on margin and utilization optimization to meet financial targets
• Define and execute a multi-year vision and operating strategy for NPO Professional Services to enhance customer engagement and retention

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading professional services organizations within a SaaS or technology company with full P&L accountability
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement services delivery methodologies in a complex, multi-product environment
• Experience building and managing high-performing, globally distributed teams, including offshore delivery models
• Strong track record of influencing at the executive level and driving alignment on strategic initiatives
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to achieve shared outcomes
