Job Summary

To unify delivery operations, the part-time Vice President of Professional Services will manage a comprehensive delivery model, oversee customer escalations, and enhance engagement management excellence in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement a unified Professional Services operating model across regions
• Act as the senior presence on escalation calls, ensuring commercial discipline in delivery
• Establish standards and coaching for engagement managers to improve delivery effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivery leadership within complex enterprise B2B SaaS environments
• Proven track record of managing delivery P&L levers, including methodology and margin discipline
• Ability to handle escalations with calmness and credibility under pressure
• Experience with partner-delivered engagements, including SOWs and change orders
• Strong understanding of AI-driven operations and a commitment to enhancing automation in service delivery
