Vice President of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Program & Construction Management (PM/CM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a PM/CM service line strategy and maintain standardized frameworks
• Own project delivery methodologies and implement consistent reporting standards
• Build and manage a pool of PMs and oversee talent development and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in program and project management for major facilities/infrastructure projects
• 7+ years of leadership experience in overseeing large project portfolios
• Demonstrated experience in implementing standardized PM methodologies
• Strong financial and commercial understanding of project contracts and performance
