Vice President of Program Management

Job Summary

To support a growing pipeline, the remote Vice President of Program Management will manage the integrated program plan for PIKTOR, ensuring clear visibility of timelines and risks while driving strategic decision-making across functions in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain an integrated program plan, ensuring visibility of timelines, milestones, and interdependencies
• Proactively communicate program status and potential roadblocks to leadership, surfacing critical information early
• Design and manage the governance model for decision-making, working closely with functional leaders to prepare key materials

Required qualifications

• ~10+ years in biotech/pharma drug development with significant experience in program or portfolio management
• Direct experience in late-stage development and commercialization, preferably in oncology
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and influence senior executives without direct authority
• Deep understanding of the integrated drug-development process across multiple functions
• Experience with AI tools and comfort in designing dashboards and reporting tools
