Vice President of Program Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Strategic Implementation & Program Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploys and directs a team to support enterprise goals through key initiatives and strategic projects
• Designs and implements standards for the Strategic Implementation Partners Program, seeking continuous improvement
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align on enterprise approaches and builds high-performing cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management, or a related field
• 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare or consulting, with 5 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with project management and program management tools; Service Now experience preferred
• Robust experience with MS Office suite of products
• Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred
