Leading project controls for multiple large-scale and complex projects, the full-time Vice President of Project Controls will manage schedules, budgets, and risks while collaborating with team members to execute project phases and present updates to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to execute project phases from conceptual design through final construction

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of experience in a related role within the construction or real estate industry
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., AACE, RICS) are preferred
