Key responsibilities
- Lead project controls for complex projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery
- Develop detailed construction and project cost estimates using local market data
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role in construction or real estate
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., AACE, RICS) are preferred
