Vice President of Project Delivery

Job Summary

Driving the success of Thrive's Project Delivery organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Project Delivery will develop strategic initiatives, manage KPIs, and oversee team performance while serving as an escalation point for project execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement of Project Delivery through data analysis and cross-functional leadership
• Monitor and influence company objectives and key results to achieve organizational goals
• Serve as an escalation point to ensure projects exceed client expectations and are delivered on time

Required qualifications:

• Advanced experience (10+ years) in project management and professional services
• Advanced experience (10+ years) in personnel management and development
• Experience implementing managed services and information technology solutions
• Solid understanding of technologies including cloud migrations, networking, and cyber security
• Technical knowledge of Thrive approved technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Server OS, and Azure
