Vice President of Project Finance

Job Summary

Leading the structuring and execution of financing solutions, the full-time Vice President of Project Finance will manage project finance activities for utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, and data center projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal capital formation and targeted returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project finance activities across renewable energy and data center infrastructure projects
• Structure and execute various project-level financing solutions, including construction debt and tax equity
• Manage transactions from initial financial structuring through diligence, negotiation, and closing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in project finance or renewable energy finance
• Significant transaction experience within utility-scale solar, wind, or battery storage
• Proven ability to lead large and complex project financings from origination to financial close
• Direct experience with renewable energy tax equity structures is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
