• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing complex, multi-channel campaigns
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of agency workflows, budget management, and end-to-end production processes
