Vice President of Provider Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing the Back-up Care Provider Operations team, the full-time remote Vice President of Provider Operations will manage provider relationships, optimize operational capacity, and drive performance targets while ensuring compliance and quality across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Create provider supply in collaboration with the network team based on demand forecasts
• Manage provider payments and hold providers accountable for performance
• Develop tools and processes to ensure high-quality care and drive standardization across operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15 years of progressive professional experience in strategic planning and operational leadership
• 10 years of direct management experience, including team leadership and performance management
• 5 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational functions and translate strategic priorities into measurable results
