A company is looking for a Vice President of Quality, Footwear & Accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the global vision and roadmap for Product Integrity & Quality across categories
• Oversee global supplier onboarding, audits, and continuous improvement plans
• Design scalable processes to monitor defect rates and enhance quality systems

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Product Integrity and Quality Assurance
• Proven success in leading quality operations with offshore suppliers
• Expertise in global regulatory standards and consumer safety compliance
• Strong team-building and process development skills in high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
