Vice President of Quality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the quality strategy across various payer quality programs
• Establish and oversee the quality operating model and performance reporting structures
• Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and performance accountability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare quality within population health or value-based care
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience with HEDIS, Medicare Stars, or similar quality programs
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the impact of quality programs on patient outcomes
• Experience managing enterprise budgets and optimizing resources for quality initiatives
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
